1. Scope of the agreement
These terms cover Together SMS, operated by TOGETHER, and its services. When creating an account, ordering a service or confirming a campaign, the relevant terms made available beforehand apply, together with an agreed quotation or specific contract where applicable.
Read these terms with the Privacy Policy. A specific agreement governs the service details it addresses, without overriding mandatory law or rights that cannot be waived.
2. Accounts, authorisation and security
Provide accurate information and act as the account owner or an authorised business representative. You are responsible for protecting credentials and API keys, managing authorised users and assistants, and reporting suspected misuse.
Use dedicated assistant access when delegating work rather than sharing the account administrator’s password. Users must not bypass permissions or extract data they are not authorised to access.
3. Activation and sender names
Activation may require a commercial registration, tax card and additional documents or authorisations depending on the service and operator. You must be authorised to use the sender name and content, which must relate to your business.
Availability and approval depend on competent authorities and networks. Estimated activation times are not guaranteed deadlines. Promotional offers and gifts follow the conditions disclosed when ordering.
4. Content and recipient lists
You must collect numbers lawfully, obtain required marketing permissions, identify the sender clearly and honour opt-out and suppression requests. We may request evidence of list origin, authorisation or consent where needed.
Fraud, phishing, impersonation, unlawful or rights-infringing messaging, service disruption and security bypasses are prohibited. Suppression tools do not replace your responsibility for valid lists and permissions.
5. Prices, taxes and credits
Prices, minimum top-ups, taxes and fees are specified on the pricing page, quotation or order confirmation. Check the unit and whether tax is included before relying on a displayed amount.
Sending is charged in credits or SMS units per recipient. Language, length, encoding and personalisation may require multiple credits. Review the final text, recipients and cost before confirmation. Credits are service units, not a deposit account or cash wallet.
6. Sending, scheduling, recurring messages and API
Check numbers, sender, content, date and Cairo time before confirmation. Recurring messaging creates executions according to your settings and requires sufficient credits, permissions and service availability for each occurrence.
Processing and network conditions may affect timing. Protect API keys and avoid blindly resubmitting requests when an outcome is unclear; check reports or support to prevent duplicate sending.
7. Delivery and reports
We work to process requests through available gateways and networks, but do not guarantee every delivery, message reading or a particular marketing result. Device status, coverage, sender blocking and operator requirements may affect delivery.
Gateway acceptance does not necessarily mean handset delivery. Reports must be interpreted according to their status and the information made available by the operator. Contact support about discrepancies.
8. Cancellation, credit adjustments and refunds
Cancellation may be available before execution, depending on the operation’s state. Stopping or recalling a message after gateway or network submission cannot be guaranteed. Returning credits to an account is different from refunding money to a payment method.
Verified duplicate charges or accounting errors are reviewed and corrected. Refund requests and unused credits are handled according to services performed, offer conditions, the agreement and applicable law, with the settlement explained to the customer. These terms do not remove mandatory rights.
9. Area and location-based services
Approved service quotations specify areas, venues, networks, quantities, timing and availability. These campaigns differ from customer-uploaded lists and do not give customers access to subscriber numbers or a right to track individuals.
10. Suspension and responsibility
An operation or account may be restricted for abuse, security risk or a legal requirement, with appropriate notice and explanation where permitted and practicable. Credits and pending operations are reviewed according to the reason and legal obligations.
The parties’ responsibilities are determined by their agreement and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or prevent customers from seeking correction of verified errors or exercising their rights.
11. Ownership, updates and complaints
Rights in your content and lists remain with you or their owners. You authorise the processing needed to provide the service. Platform software and branding must not be copied or misused without permission.
We display the update date and give appropriate notice before material changes take effect. Material changes do not apply retrospectively to confirmed orders without a legal basis or agreement. Start a complaint through Contact Us or 01128292999. Egyptian law applies, and competent complaint bodies and courts remain available under applicable law.
